DFINITY Dev Bi-weekly SNS Office Hours will be kicked off from 18th Oct. Office hours are suggested for technical questions related to SNSs.

Proposal 15041, Node provider 'Anypoint Pty Ltd' is adding 8 nodes in the sc1 data center.

IC topology - Node diversification part II
- The Target Subnet Structure currently has 1150 excess nodes, mainly Generation 1 nodes, compared to the 750-node target. To fill SEV subnets, additional Generation 2 SEV nodes are needed. A weaker decentralization target for the country characteristic is proposed, allowing the same country to appear twice in a subnet. No single node provider should manage more than 40 nodes, with an adjustment to control more than 42 (3*14) nodes.
