  • DocuTrack, an open-source decentralized file-sharing app on #ICP, developed in collaboration with a Swiss private bank for secure communication and file sharing.

  • DocuTrack is a secure browser tool that ensures data is encrypted during transit and processed through nodes using chain-key cryptography for transactions.

Governance Proposals

  • Proposal 128170, update firewall rule.

  • Proposal 128300, Register a node provider 'Nikola Nikov'.

  • Proposal 128160, Node provider 'bitmoon' is adding 1 nodes in the Li2 data center.

IC Protocol Updates and Forum Digest

  • Deterministic Time Slicing

    • The DTS limit is set to be increased to 8X-10X, with the goal of achieving this within 1-2 months.

  • Verification of Node Data

    • The initial collection of ideas for enhancing the auditing process includes node provider identity verification, contractual transparency, algorithmic monitoring of geographic location, and on-site audits.

  • Ledger Device & SNS

    • Work has started to add support for the new signer standard to the ledger hardware wallet. The plan is to implement a long-term solution in the NNS dapp, eliminating the need for individual method additions on ledgers or neurons. The timeline of this is not yet clear.

  • Boundary Nodes

    • DFINITY team updated that there are several tasks to complete before deploying the first API boundary nodes under NNS management, and then will focus on building the HTTP gateway, ic-gateway.

  • IC-Auth by Daniel, provide modular, interoperable tooling for Internet Computer developers to integrate their preferred wallet providers, serving as an npm package and containing a pre-built login menu template.
